About Us

We are a group of 5 highly talented IT professionals that have banded together to give our clients a full in-house IT Service. We are well known to fix issues that others could not. We take the best of all technologies and custom fit them to our clients needs. This means we can go from Windows to Unix to Linux to MAC.

 

Work Environment

 

·          Remote Access with frequent on site visits

·          We are a Company that  works as an Independent Contractors. We work on contracts/projects and are paid according to agreements established between both parties and require a 1099 at the end of the year.

·          We work as a team. Depending on the project, one or two people may be scheduled to a specific area of the project.

·          We do not work or take jobs that require us to be employees of a company.

·          We are not a recruitment company. We are just a group of 5 that make up IDO that are seeking projects and/or contracts.

Objective

IDO is looking for contracts and/or projects that are in the IT field. We design networks, software, web sites. We build automation in offices and on the web. We are also troubleshooters and engineers. This means we look at all obstacles as a good challenge. We are always learning and keeping up on our crafts in order to provide solid solutions.

Professional Expertise

System Engineer/Analyst: Strong background in Information Systems, Servers, Routers and Enterprise Network Automation. Extensive analytical (both systems and business), technical, and leadership experience. Designs and develops system solutions for complex business scenarios, as well as providing support for existing IT systems. Analyst works closely with business users, technical leads, and other development personnel in all aspects of projects, and has very strong systems and business analysis skills. System Engineer has extremely strong technical skills in the area of SQL and Pervasive development, with proven ability to design, develop, and implement large-scale and complex systems. Strong interpersonal skills, includes the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

Information Security Specialist: Analyzes current environment, process and planning efforts and then compares them again industry standards and best practices. Then develops a detailed report that provides solutions for all weak spots in the clients current set up of their network. The solutions are offered to enhance protection against internal and external threats, improve the reliability and usability of mission-critical business and IT assist, mitigate risk, avoid the cost and lost of productivity of disruptions, enhance customer, employee and business partner relationships. Provide necessary training to client’s staff for necessary knowledge of what to allow and not to allow when going through the firewall (s) and etc.

Desktop and Repair Technician: Phone based technical assistance, IT Installations, Router Configurations, Hardware & Software Troubleshooter, Trainer, Disaster recovery and repair, Cisco equipment specialist, A+ Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate, On and Off Site IT Assistance, Computer/Laptop Repairs, Internet Access (Dial Up, DSL, Wireless, Cable support).

Software and Database Engineer: Strong database engineering skills, experience working with web developers and designers on various database, bar code programming and e-commerce projects. ASP, PERL, PHP, Linux Server Administration, MS SQL 2000+2005, MySQL Enterprise Server, High-level knowledge of XML, HTML, XHTML, JAVASCRIPT and CSS.

Why IDO?

We work as a team we are a group of five with all different specialties. This gives our clients a full in-house IT Solutions provider under one collective roof. We work as Independent Contractors and require a 1099 at the end of the year.

We are less expensive then having an employee. We pay our own health benefits; we do our own payroll, pay our own taxes and have our own tools.

Our starting maintenance plan is a discounted hourly rate at $150/mo. just one flat rate that covers all our services.

We have our team and services under one roof

Our network designs are robust and an enterprise environment with solutions to creating a no down network. A down network is not normal; it’s a bad design.
