Payment Due Dates:
Payments are due on the day that you
sign up. So, if you sign
up on the 2nd, then your
due date is the 2nd of
each month. We have a 10
day grace period before
the system auto
disconnects your service
until funds have
replenished your
account. These are 10
Days Free each month
that we provide. Since,
these days are free in
order for your payment
to come via mail,
unfortunately, we can
not update your account
until we have your
payment. However, we can
take payment of
credit/debit over the
phone and then credit
your paper payment for
an additional month.
Prorating:
Unfortunately, IDO does
not prorate. Our payment
system is set up so
accounts are always paid
up and not in the rear,
so there are no months
that our customers can
be behind in payments.
Our system works like a
prepaid calling card. If
you decide to make 1yr
or 6mo payments in
advance, your account is
updated to that time and
no refunds are provided.
If you cancel your
online autodebit plan,
then there is no risk
for an autodebit to
occur.

IDO provides
great customer service
to our customers. We
want to make sure you
are connected and able
to get the most out of
your connection. We
provide technical
support for all
connection related
issues. If you can't get
connected call! You can
call any time. We
forward phones after
regular business hours.
If your issues are
training related, we
provide one on one
classes for you either
via phone or in our
storefront The Web Zone.
We charge $30 per hour.
We only accept
Credit/Debit Card
payments for over the
phone training.
