Our special techniques have enabled us to provide a high quality services for much less than our competitors. We are a automation company that excels when it comes to labor intensive work. Some projects will take longer than others. Even though we have a high success rate, we do not guarantee that each hard drive that we take in data will be recovered.

Forensics: This service includes basically taking a snap shot of the data on the hard drive and putting that snap shot onto another storage drive that allows you to obtain the data as it was on the original hard drive.
Repair: In some cases, we are able to repair your hard drive and make it bootable in your machine again.
Retrieval: If you don't want all the files and are just looking for your photos, videos, music and specific documents, we can located and store them on another storage device for you.

Flat Rates:

$99.00 Diagnosis. In order to pull data, we must find the right technique to pull your data. We have a 89% rate on click of deaths hard drives.
$195 + cost of storage: We see data, We Pull Data: If we can see and pull your data, the it will be an additional $195 + storage device to put your data on. You can purchase from us, or send along another hard drive for us to use.

Getting the Hard Drive to us

Driving In? Great! Feel free to stop by our shop anytime during normal business hours. We are opened 7 days a week, however, check our General information page incase there is an upcoming holiday we will be closed. We are located on River Road in Eugene Oregon. If you are coming from beltline, take a left on River Road and drive straight to Domino's Pizza, you'll see SM Gun Shop right before us. For specific driving directions, click here.

Mailing In? Perfect! Follow the steps below.

1. Print out a Repair Form. Sign and Date it. Make out a Check or Money Order to The Web Zone. We do take all forms of Credit/Debit Cards.

2. Take Repair Form, Check or Money Order and item down to your UPS Store or FedEx Location. Have them pack the item. Make sure to pay for return shipping and include Shipping label so we can return the item to you. Make sure to insure your item! If you want, we can always ship the item back to you and charge your debit/credit card. Make sure to authorize the shipping by filling out and signing the bottom piece of the repair form.

3. We can take care of all your shipping needs. We can ship you the box needed for your laptop and schedule a pick up for you when your box is ready to be shipped. Just email us with your physical mailing address and we'll send you back a quote for the box and shipment.
