WHAT'S NEW

The Web Zone has officially launched it's Remote Tech Services this month. What this means for our customers is that if they can establish and keep a connection to the internet, we can log in to their computers and assist them with repairs, troubleshooting, set ups, maintenance and even training! Our customers for dial up, broadband and maintenance customers that we have already provided this service for are thrilled at the speed and successful results of resolving their issues or met their request all be sitting at their own desk. DSL is on the horizon for our ISP IDOMAIL. Many of our customers are eager to get set up on a faster broadband connection and keep us for a provider.  We are currently integrating our web tools and working out the pricing for 1mg-7mg's of bandwidth.

IDOCABLES eBay store is now up and running. you can visit our store by going to www.idocables.com for all your cable needs. Our store is always growing and you can pick up the same cables and accessories in our store.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY: If you need to get your repair into our repair lab, but you are either home bound or your work hours conflict with our hours of operation. Call us. we charge $15 one way or $30 for both pick up and delivery of your repair.
