• Tech Support: Tech support is free when our connection is down and caused a trouble ticket. We do charge for malfunction troubleshooting that is due to your computer. We do charge $10 for resets. This site provides set up form instructions. If you do not remember your username, password or local phone number please contact us below and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
• Payment Structure: Our service is just like a calling card. When you purchase a calling card and use half of it, you can't take it back to the store and ask them to prorate your minutes and refund your money. So, please be careful when you make multiple payments.
• Auto payments: These payment occur each month on the day of or the day after you set up your autodebit. If the card fails, it will attempt three more times to collect funds. It will cancel if the third try is unsuccessful.
• New card  to the account means you must do a auto payment reset.
• Username, Password and Secret Questions: Please write this stuff down somewhere safe. It is a really pain when you have no idea what your paypal account information is and you need to make changes.
