Set-Up Instructions: Windows 95

F.Y.I. As of December 31 2001, Microsoft no longer supports the Windows 95 operating system as it has reached it's operational "End Of Life" (EOL). It is recommended that Windows 95 users update to the latest Microsoft operating system software to remain up-to-date. Please see the following Microsoft "Windows Desktop Product Lifecycle Guidelines" page for more information.

The following instructions explain how to set-up Windows 95 to dial and connect to IDOMAIL.

Step 1: Setting up the connection
Double-click the My Computer Icon and then double-click the Dial-Up Networking Icon

Then double-click Make New Connection

Type in IDOMAIL for the name of the computer you want to connect to. Your modem should already be displayed. If it isn't, consult your Windows95 documentation for information on how to set up your modem for use with Windows95. Click Next>

Leave the Area Code box empty and type in the 10 digit telephone number provided to you by IDO's Staff.

Click Next>, then Finish .
